Delivery

We use Evri as our courier for the United Kingdom, European Union and United States. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

1–3 days

Estimated transit after dispatch (working days). Standard shipping £2.99.

Northern Ireland£4.99

3–5 days

Estimated transit after dispatch (working days). Standard shipping £4.99.

European Union£7.99

5–8 days

Estimated transit after dispatch (working days). Standard shipping £7.99. Duties and taxes may apply.

United States£8.99

7–10 days

Estimated transit after dispatch (working days). Standard shipping £8.99. Customs duties and taxes may apply.

Orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Returns & exchanges

Check eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original box and packaging.

Request a return

Email support@malowlondon.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you a tracked returns label within 1 working day.

Send it back

Pack your shoes securely and send the parcel using the tracked label we provide. Keep your proof of postage until your return is received.

Refund or exchange

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

We take quality seriously. If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@malowlondon.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and replacement (or full refund) as a priority.
